Bravo Coco Guest Wi-Fi Terms and Conditions
By accessing or connecting to the guest Wi-Fi network provided by Bravo Coco ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please disconnect immediately.
1. Access and Availability
- The Service is provided as a complimentary amenity for guests, patrons, and authorized visitors.
- Bravo Coco reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or limit access, bandwidth, or session duration at any time without prior notice.
- The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, with no guarantee of uninterrupted connectivity, speed, or performance.
2. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use the Service strictly for lawful, personal purposes. You agree not to use the network to:
- Transmit, stream, or download content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or copyright-infringing.
- Distribute viruses, malware, bots, or any code designed to disrupt, compromise, or destroy digital infrastructure.
- Attempt unauthorized access ("hacking") to internal systems of Bravo Coco, other connected devices, or external networks.
- Engage in excessive bandwidth consumption (such as high-volume torrenting or running automated scrapers/servers) that impairs service for other patrons.
- Send unsolicited commercial messages (spam).
3. Privacy and Data Collection
- To maintain service security and comply with applicable laws, Bravo Coco or its technical providers may collect technical network identifiers (such as device MAC address, IP address, connection time, and data usage volume).
- We do not inspect the contents of private encrypted communications, except as required by network security tools or valid legal process.
4. Network Security and Device Safety
- Public wireless networks are inherently insecure. Bravo Coco does not encrypt wireless traffic between your device and the access point.
- You are solely responsible for taking appropriate precautions to secure your device (e.g., maintaining an active firewall, updated anti-malware software, and using secure protocols like HTTPS or a VPN).
5. Limitation of Liability
Bravo Coco and its affiliates, staff, and contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
- Interruption, termination, or loss of Wi-Fi service.
- Data loss, data interception, malware infection, or unauthorized access to your device or accounts while connected to the network.
